I have extensive experience in strategic and operational management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformational change across systems, organisations, and services.

My career has afforded me work opportunities in public and private health, rural and remote, and more recently in the not-for-profit sector as a Chief Executive Officer.

I enjoy participating in the development of others, solving wicked problems and leading quality improvement activities.

Facilitation and Education

If you have a work place challenge requiring the collaboration of many, I have the required skills to facilitate that journey.

I develop bespoke education modules in leadership and change management suitable for a variety of contexts, especially within the healthcare settings.

Coach and Mentor

As a qualified coach I offer personal and professional coaching. In particular, I help people draw on their skills and attributes to enhance their personal and professional branding for job applications and social media.

I have a special interest in helping nurses showcase their experiences and expertise in their Curriculum Vitae and coaching them through the job application process.
